Tina Flack, Manager at High Meadows Care Home

Care Home Manager:

Tina Flack, BSc Hons Nursing, degree in Tissue Viability.

Tina is a registered nurse with over 20 years post qualification experience. She has a varied background ranging from care and nursing, to management - including commissioning care homes.

Her early career includes working at the Lister Hospital in Stevenage as a staff nurse and sister before moving into the care home environment.

Tina has experience in improving clinical services in various care homes as well as commissioning new care homes. Tina has developed excellent skills and knowledge in all aspects of management including staff recruitment, managing teams, marketing, training, and building strong relationships with a diverse workforce, residents, and families.

She relaxes through reading, cooking, and football.

Cristina Simion Clinical Lead at High Meadows Care Home

Clinical Lead:

Cristina Simion, Registered General Nurse

Cristina is a registered nurse with several years of private care home experience including senior nurse and unit lead nurse.

She has excellent eye for detail, is very compassionate, and enjoys working with and taking care of the elderly. She is an integral part of the management team.

Dan Rosu - Head Chef at High Meadows Care Home

Head Chef:

Dan Rosu

Dan is a semi finalist 2015 ‘Chef of the Year’! Dan has over 7 years’ experience as a professional chef gained within a restaurant and care home environments. Dan has worked for Care UK which has an extensive range of care homes throughout UK and also works with councils and primary care trusts.

He is inventive, organised and driven to provide different and tasty menus within constraints of dietary and other needs.

Margaret Greer - House Keeper at High Meadows Care Home-

House keeper:

Margaret Greer

Margaret by nature is caring, enthusiastic and personable, notable through the various roles she has successfully held over the years. Working with children as a childminder and supporting in schools to working in care homes as domestic supervisor.

She enjoys the interaction with residents and takes great pride in ensuring cleanliness is second to none. With training in dementia care and infection control, Margaret is a great asset to the team at High Meadows.

Kashmira Naik - Office Manager at High Meadows Care Home

Office Manager:

Kashmira Naik

Kashmira is an experienced business professional with over 30 years in industry. After retiring from the world of IT, Kashmira took on a role as a Maths Teacher at a local high school for 2 years. Throughout these years, she has built up excellent communication, time management, problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Matthew Coyne - Head Receptionist at High Meadows Care Home

Head Receptionist:

Matthew Coyne

Matthew has experience working both front of house and behind the scenes at museums, schools, and in public and private events. Having recently completed a Master’s degree, he has excellent teamwork, time management, and organisational skills. He is very friendly and empathetic, always happy to offer help and support.

A creative soul, he is currently writing a fiction novel and short story. He likes to relax through playing Dungeons and Dragons with his friends, as well as reading and gaming.
